Cecily Wambui has a secret that she cannot share with anyone – not even Wanyonyi whom she trusts. Wanyonyi is puzzled by her behaviour; he cannot believe that such a sweet, beautiful girl can be involved in the brutality of Nairobi’s underworld.
Cecily’s tenacity is rewarded, however, and Wanyonyi learns just what a courageous person she is.
