As children Nkwanzi and Rumondo have a love relationship. As they grow older their ways part. Nkwanzi goes to boarding school, a privilege in Uganda of the 1960s. Rumondo joins the British Army to fight in the Congo. Years later they meet again. Both of them have changed, but will their relationship be any different this time?
